This all looks delicious Kim! I've been hungry for Chinese-type foods, and here you have a beef and a chicken chow mein one on your menu. I want to come eat at your house :) You know, I've never made chow mein. I might have to see about that recipe sometime :)

Hi Kim, just finished reading your last few posts! I've been AWOL for a week, I don't know where the time went. The pumpkin loaf looks awesome! And so does this week's menu. Food, food, guess that tells you how the ww thing is going for me (I'll spare you the sordid details here).

It's nice to have the kids back in school, isn't it? In our house it has lifted everyone's spirits to have some new things to focus on. Hope it lasts with all the homework, etc.

I'm looking forward to the January challenge as well. In the meantime, it will be nice to have some time off and just read for fun. Although, I'll admit I went astray on the summer reading challenge. I guess I succeeded in that I did read a lot of books, just not what I planned.
