Eating and Cooking for the week

It was a busy weekend and so very HOT here that I felt very unmotivated to do any menu planning or grocery shopping--but now I figure I better get my act together because I have spoiled myself these past many weeks with planning. Coming home from work with no plan--like tonight--is NO fun! I just checked out weather temps and it is supposed to cool down into the mid to low 70's after two weeks of 80's and 90's! There is even rain in the forecast for the rest of the week. I guess I can take a break from the main dish salads and have some real meals again.

Recapping from last week though, the Salame Salad was yummy as well as the Chicken Pasta Salad. I will post the recipes on my other (new) food blog I am in the process of starting up.

Here is the plan for this week:

Monday:
French Toast, Fried Eggs, Bacon

Tuesday:

Chicken Fried Rice,

Egg Rolls

Wednesday:
From: A Juggling Mum's site : Pizza Spaghetti Style

Salad

Thursday:

Cheese Quesadillas with salsa
Strawberry Orange Pasta Salad (From: I'm an Organizing Junkie's site)

Friday:
Crockpot Beef and Rice Casserole (From: A Juggling Mum's site)
Green Beans or Corn on the Cob
Doo Doo Bread (a carry over from Joyful Days site)

Many more yummy delicious menus at Laura's place!
