Good Eating!

Kind of a weird eating week for us this week:

Saturday:
Kerry took me out to Red Lobster for dinner (on a gift card we have been hoarding since Christmas) & a movie!

Sunday:
Pot Luck at my friend's house--(her son, my son's best friend growing up) is home for the week from Montana. Always looking for an occasion to get the familes together to eat! I am bringing an amazing homemade corn dip/salsa.

Monday:
My older son's last baseball game of the season at 8:00. Plus it is going to be hot tomorrow as it is today and is going to be all week! We are having Cucina Cucina Chop Salad and Sourdough bread.

Tuesday:
End of the Season Pizza Party for Austen's baseball team at Round Table Pizza.

Wednesday: Fourth of July!!!

Potluck, bring your own meat BBQ at a family from church's lake front home!! :) It is going to be 85 degrees that day which is AMAZING for us. Usually the 4th is rainy or at the least cloudy and cool. Once in a while we hit the jackpot with a sunny hot day.

Thursday:
French Toast, bacon and maybe omelets in a bag.

Friday:
Crockpot Beef and Rice Casserole and Doo Doo Bread from Joyful Days blog! We have a prayer/send off meeting for Austen and the rest of the high school youth group who leave on a mission trip Saturday for a week.
