Menu Plan Monday

I got my planning and shopping done early this weekend so I am going to post this now and link it up to other's posts on Monday. Last week was a pretty boring eating week--hopefully things will taste more exciting this week. I only have to plan through Wednesday as we are heading out of town again--(what is up with us? we never travel this much!)--heading to Spokane to attend my daughter's, sister-in-law's wedding.

The Plan:

Sunday:
Sloppy Joes

Red, White & Bleu Slaw
Corn on the Cob

Monday:
The Ultimate Lady's Cheesy Mac and Cheese

Gorgonzola Cranberry Salad

Tuesday:
Barb's Chicken and Spinach Pasta Bake

Green Beans
French Bread

Wednesday:
Lemony Grilled Salmon
Corn on the Cob
Herb Baked Potatoes

Thursday- Sunday: away in Spokane for a wedding.

We had barb's pasta friday night. It was so good! I used rotisserie chicken to speed up the process and it was yummy. Hope you have a great week.

Yumm, sloppy joes sounds so good. They don't sell it over here, but even if they did my hubby wouldnt eat it. LOL

Reading gar-gon-zola- made we picture the guy from Wallace and Gromit saying it! :)

That mac and cheese looks serious! I think I'll have to try it. Thanks for sharing!

Have a great week!
