Psalm 34:1,4,5
I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto him, and were lightened; and their faces were not ashamed.
Feeling discouraged or troubled? God does not leave us alone in our distress. He will lighten our load if we will only just praise him, cry out to him, and then look up to him. Oh, if only I would remember this on a daily basis!
