Sadly, the Thanksgiving leftovers are gone and it is time once again to menu plan! Here is the plan:
Sunday:

Monday:
Cincinnati Chili
(disclaimer: our chili is soupier than this picture and needs to be served in a bowl--also, there is NO WAY close to that amount of cheese on ours!!)
Raw Vegetable Platter
Low fat muffins
Tuesday:
IKEA Jazz night! Sam's school band teacher is a professional saxophonist and will be playing at our local IKEA store, next to the restaurant. We will be having dinner there and enjoying some fantastic jazz music!
Wednesday:
Church Supper for the boys
Subway sandwich and a WW weigh-in for me!
Thursday:
Pork Chop Potato Casserole (taken from our host, Laura's blog!)
Green Salad
Homemade Applesauce
Friday:
Macaroni Scramble
Green Salad
French Rolls

Our leftovers are gone, too. I'm glad you're back to your menu plan so I can steal some more ideas. The Cheesy Rice Chickent Casserole was awesome -- everyone liked it and I'll make it again.
