Getting to know me and you!

Question 1
What is your favorite fairy tale?

I love most fairy tales, but I think my favorite might be Beauty and the Beast. I love in the beginning of the Disney movie that Belle is reading all the time--even as she walks down the street! The way she falls in love with the beast is so sweet--looking past his exterior and at the heart of him.

Question 2
If you could be guaranteed a spot on the reality show "Survivor", would you go?

No! I really don't like that show nor do I understand it--all the alliances and stuff just don't thrill me. Plus, I am not a camping kind of girl and I certainly couldn't camp in front of millions of people!

Question 3
Meanest thing you ever did to a sibling??? I know.... what kind of question is this :)

Well I am sure I did some mean things to my sister when we were older but the two things I remember vividly were slapping her across the face when I was mad at her once and we were about ages 6 and 8. The other thing I did was lock her in the bathroom when she was too young to open the door by herself and then I lied and told my parents that she shut the door on herself!

Question 4
Best Fashion Era... 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's or now...

I would say "now" for the same reason as the hostess of this meme--I doubt I will look back on this decade and wonder to myself, "WHAT was I thinking?"

Question 5
Have you ever skipped to the end of a book before you finished reading the book?

Shamelessly, I must confess, yes.....quite often. Sometimes I just can't read fast enough for my liking and I kind of skim a head. I don't usually read the very end though.

Question 6
What's the most humanly impossible thing you will ask God to do this year?

Instill in myself more self control when it comes to money and spending. I just get so tempted to go buy myself little things that I don't really need, but want. We need to get serious about saving.

Question 7
What is one thing you could do this year to increase your enjoyment of God?

Simply spend more time in His Word!

Hop on over and visit To Know Him to join in.

You're the first person who shared my answer about the fairy tales! And I feel the same way about Survivor.

I really enjoyed this one and your answers, Kim! I must admit, I was rather surprised to see that you said you skipped to the end of a book!

Have a great day and a wonderful weekend!!!

Beauty and the Beast was a great fairytale, and a good message about character. I agree with you on Survivor!

(My oldest recently confessed that she used to lock her baby sister in the closet). LOL

I'm with you on spending more time in His word. Saving is a good goal too. I need to find some corners to cut...

I love survivor! And so wish I could be on it but never could because I hate eating gross stuff, plus I'd be no good at playing it, I'm much better watching.
For the clothes, now is probably always the best. Don't think I could ever read the end of the book first!
