Our food for the week


Last week I did do better sticking to my plan and not eating out as much. The green chile egg, and potatoe bake was not a hit around here so I seriously doubt that one will ever show up back on my list! The nacho chicken dish was a hit--especially with the modifications I made to it. The recipe as it was printed would have been bland and boring.

Eleanor Stew, Green Salad, Banana Nut Muffins



FRIDAY:
Crockpot Pineapple Chicken (with Pork instead of Chicken), Egg Rolls, Green Beans

I can't wait to try that crock pot pineapple chicken recipe. We make a grilled pinapple chicken dish here and we all love anything pineapple. Thanks for sharing it!

I'm sorry some of last weeks recipes didn't turn out...the chicken and rice looks like good comfort food!
And yay, I finally did a menu this week! Now if things will only go accordingly and I can stay on track.
