I have discovered a blog event that occurs every week.
It is simple. People from all over the world post pictures they have taken of the sky. I find this fascinating , but I can't really explain why ! I missed doing my own post this week, but I am going to do it now as I took a picture of the sky today that I really like.
What do you think? Does this seem to be a nerdy thing to take such delight in?

Well, if you're a nerd, I'm right there with you. Honestly, just yesterday, I was thinking why is it that lately I take such delight in seeing my view of the mountains everyday? My route to take Emily to school takes us on a street that overlooks the entire front range, and every day it presents a different view. I can't help but comment on how gorgeous it is. A couple times the kids have mocked me -- "it's so beeeyoootiful!"
I guess we're nerds, but we're in good company;)

I am fond of a site called "Cake Wrecks." Not as awe-inspiring perhaps, but often funny.
I sincerely hope not, because I play the same meme every week.
then again, who cares if it's nerdy... Skyscapes are cool.
