expression

I have stayed away from most political discussion on this blog. But, on the night before the big election, a night that I am not feeling very celebratory because I am pretty sure my "man" is not going to win, I feel like breaking my political silence and express how I feel:

There! I said it...how I feel is out in the open...and now I am going to head to bed! And I am guessing that I am going to have more interest in my state's gubernatorial race than I will in the presidential race tomorrow night. Frankly, I am tired of the whole election process/drama we are subjected to in this country. Two year campaigns are just too stinkin' long and an obscene waste of money.

It might be too long for it to go one, but if it keeps that guy in your button out, well worth it! He scares me and I don't like the fact that he doesn't support pro life stuff.

i feel the same way. i watched this debate with rick warren and he said he believe life begins at conception and although he does not want to ban abortions he wants to decrease them. thats not good enough for me.

Well it is over.

Now we need lots and lots and lots of prayer. And the waste of money was nauseating. Can you imagine if we spread "that wealth" around?

I feel your pain!! I wish I wouldn't have sat in front of FOX News all day/night yesterday so they could make depressed today! =( I'm having to dig down pretty deep to be thankful.

Amen, I'm right there with you!!! I felt nauseous after the results were in. God help this country! I also agree that the process is too long and way too costly. Why not use some of that money to pay off our unbelievably high debt, right? Instead they go out asking tax payers for more...go figure. Keep praying...that's about all we can do these days.
