This is a family favorite.....

Cheesey Chicken & Rice

*3-4 boneless chicken breasts

*1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use low-fat)

*1 can of cream of celery soup (I use low-fat)

*1 can of cheddar cheese soup

*1 small can of mushrooms (can use fresh too)

*1 tsp. onion powder (or onion salt)

*1 tsp. garlic powder

sprinkling of salt and pepper

*1/2 - 3/4 cup sour cream (I use fat-free) Save until the end of the cooking time

*Rice--however much your family eats

Put chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot--mix the soups, mushrooms, and seasonings together and pour over the chicken. Cook on low 5-6 hours or longer if needed. About a half hour before serving, take chicken out and cut up into bite size pieces-put back in crockpot and add sour cream. Cook your rice and serve the chicken mixture over the chicken.
