Sam is headed off to 6th grade camp. Sam has only one time been successful at sleeping over at a friend's house..... This camp is 3 nights....Kerry and I have been holding our breath all night, afraid the phone will ring with someone asking us to come pick up our boy. Camp is 1.5 hours away.........

I hope Sam is having a good camp experience! I feel for you. It's terrible knowing your child is homesick. Both my boys never liked being away from home at that age. I picked them both up from slumber parties several times. They eventually grew out of it, but I didn't blame them -- I still like my own home and my own bed the best!
