The eating plan for the week....

My goal to eat out less last week bombed and fizzled. I think we ate out most nights due to unexpected happenings each evening! So, much of this week's menu will look strangely like last week! A couple of people asked for the Sesame Chicken recipe and I am planning on posting it on my food blog tomorrow. Happy Eating everyone!



MONDAY:
Green Chile, Egg and Potato Bake, English Muffins, Applesauce




TUESDAY:
Cincinnati Chili, Raisin Bran Muffins




WEDNESDAY:
Church Supper


THURSDAY:
Nacho Chicken Casserole, Mandarin Oranges with Cottage Cheese, Bread Sticks



FRIDAY:
Sesame Chicken with Brown Rice, Asian Salad

Oooh, some of these look SO good! I've so got to get back into a routine of meals...hopefully Monday I'll be back posting my menu too. I'm home now from a trip and trying to catch up!

Do you have a recipe Kim for the egg bake and nacho chicken casserole? Did they turn out good?

I made that brown rice and shrimp dish from the everyday food mag tonight and it was really good! I would have put in less or smaller pieces of ginger than they called for since I don't like a mouthful of ginger...
