TA-DA!!!

The Closet:

The whole corner of this room--from the edge of that window/curtain to tea cart in the lower right hand corner--has become our closet:

Framing and wiring:

All dry-walled, taped, mudded, and painted:

The beginning of the shelves--being stored in the closet as they are worked on:

1/3 of it finished--part of my corner! There are shelves across from these--to my right as I stood in the doorway taking the picture and shelves to my left as I took the picture.

Standing in the doorway looking out:

The beginning of moving my stuff in! The big open area below the shelf with all my purses and bags is actually going to be drawers, Kerry just hasn't built them yet!

This closet is amazing to me--considering what we had in our old room. I am very proud of my husband--this has been a huge project which has consumed any free time he had this summer. I love you honey! I know you will be reading this entry!!!

He is a handy man, indeed!! How fabulous. I'm a tad jealous of that closet--but glad for you.
