'Cause the boys gotta eat!

Between Football practice/games, work, and midweek church activities we are still managing to eat well and I am sticking to my plan pretty well each week. I know having this planning done before the week starts is what is making a difference. This is also making a difference in our food budget! :)

This week finds me starting a once a week Beginning Spanish class at our local Community College. It meets each Monday night and goes through the middle of December. To say I am a bit nervous is a complete understatement! I haven't been in a class room in 27 years!!!

Monday:
Crock-pot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti, Bread Sticks, Green Beans

Tuesday:
Baked Rigatoni with Ham & Mushrooms, Applesauce Muffins, Corn on the Cob

Wednesday:

Thursday:
Maple Flavored BBQ Chicken over Sticky Rice, Fruit, Green Salad

Friday:
Pizza

Kim, you're making me drool on my monitor, that all looks and sounds so good! I have GOT to try that cheesey chicken spaghetti soon, yummy! And the maple bbq chicken is one of my favorite recipes, we have that one a lot. I use Dijon instead of regular yellow mustard, and shred it and we eat it on whole wheat buns like a bbq pulled chicken sandwich. Yummy :)

Hope you have a great week, let us know how the Spanish class goes! I can't imagine being back in a classroom either :)

Great looking menu! I make a cheesy chicken spaghetti, but I haven't ever tried it in the crockpot. What an easy and comforting dish! :D That chicken sounds wonderful, too!

THanks for sharing!
Have a great day!
