I am going to be a Grandma!
My sweet daughter and her husband are expecting their first baby in November! What a surreal experience it is when your own baby girl tells you she is going to be a mommy. We are all so excited. This wee one will be the first grandchild on our side and my son-in-law's side.
Come November, Sarah will be a mommy, I will be a grandma, my mom will be a great-grandma, and my little 91 year old grandma Hattie will be a great-great grandma. Oh my!

Wow Kim--Congratulations! That's wonderful and exciting news. I'm sure it takes a little while for it to sink in too, especially the first time around as a grandma. You have so much happiness to look forward to. Imagine getting a picture of four generations!
