What I'm Cooking

I don't know how much of this menu is going to actually happen. This is the last week of baseball and it is going to be a doozey--2 6:00 games tomorrow, a game on Wednesday with likely start time of 6:00, a game on Friday and quite possibly one more game squeezed in there somewhere due to the fact that one boy's game was called due to thunder and lightening last week! (Oh, and yeah, it is VBS week at our church this week too!)

But, I am giving the menu planning the old college try:

Monday:
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken, Rice, Green Beans

Tuesday:
Crockpot Cheesy Chicken, Carrot Sticks, English Muffins

Wednesday:
Fuss Free Ravioli, Salad, Bread Sticks

Thursday:
Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas, Refried Beans, Corn on the Cob

Friday:
Papa Murphy's Pizza

I'm going to have to try the cheesy chicken recipe. We love Papa Murpheys. The house smells like a pizzeria (sp?) Have a blessed week!

The Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas look tasty! I'll have to give those a try.

I remember those days of being at games at dinner time multiple times a week! But fun times though...you're doing very good to have it all planned out, that's usually half the battle for me.

Wow, lots of activities in the evening! I hope you get a chance to do some of these, they all look really good. I haven't had taco salad in a while so that looks good to me. I want to try your crockpot chicken spaghetti, yummy! Thanks for sharing the recipes :)

Hope you guys have an awesome week - and enjoy that pizza on Friday! No cooking, right?!!!! :)
