back in the *cooking & eating* saddle again

I feel like I have been so out of it when it comes to cooking for the past 3 weeks. The last time I did a big grocery shop was the day before Easter!! I started getting sick Easter Sunday, and we have been subsisting on very basic dinners. I cooked a big dinner tonight, after doing a huge $200 grocery shopping trip!

Here is the menu for the week:

Sunday:
Chicken Lettuce Wraps (recipes posted here, but didn't use these--I found a different one instead which I will post later), Vegetable Stir Fry, and sliced BBQ Pork

Monday:
Prosciutto Pasta Toss, Green Beans, Bread Sticks

Tuesday:
Cincinnati Chili, Biscuits, Carrot Sticks

Wednesday:
Church Dinner

Thursday:
Pineapple Chicken, Rice, Muffins

Friday:
Pizza

Thank you Laura, for hosting MPM!

That all looks good! I haven't done a menu in forever and probably need to this week but just haven't planned yet!
Don't overdo too much, hope you're felling better!

Kim, thank you for stoppping by today. I will throw your name in the proverbial hat on Friday morning.

I enjoyed looking at your menu. I think Martha did the pasta/prosciutto today on her show only she used peas.

I am glad you are feeling better. I hope you continue to heal quickly now so you can be back to "normal" (ha! whatever that is right?)

Have a great week.
